For adults, he manages chronic conditions, integrating muscle and joint techniques, nervous system adjustments, and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term health.
With a career spanning over 22 years, Dr. Owen Gray was motivated to enter the field after experiencing significant relief from back pain as a teenager through osteopathic treatment. This personal journey highlighted the interconnected nature of the body’s systems, fuelling his passion to help others achieve similar life-changing results.
Originally from Singleton NSW, Owen began his journey in the manual therapy field by first studying Remedial Massage in his early twenties. This ignited his passion for further knowledge, leading him to studying Osteopathy in Melbourne at RMIT university. From there, he moved to Sydney, NSW where he worked at Health Dimensions Windsor, NSW and Bella Vista, NSW for the better part of 20 years. In the last couple of years Owen opened his own practice in Baulkham Hills, NSW (where he continues to work part-time), He is very eager to start providing the people of the Central Coast with targeted, personalised care at Coast Health Clinic.
Dr Daniel Joiner (Osteopath)
As a teenager Daniel experienced regular growth spurts which caused him to suffer from leg and lower back pain. The successful treatment of these issues by an Osteopath at this time started Daniel’s journey into the profession. Daniel then went on to complete a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) and a Masters in Osteopathic Medicine.
During his time at University Daniel joined The Army Reserve as a private in the infantry, which started a different career for him in the Royal Australian Army as a full time infantry soldier. Over 6 years this career saw Daniel visit both East Timor and Afghanistan. From his exposure in the military Daniel has a experience and a particular interest in elite styles of training and endurance activities, and the injuries associated with these. Daniel left the Army in 2013 to continue his career in Osteopathy.
When not practicing as an Osteopath Daniel can be found surfing at a variety of Central Coast beaches, participating in crossfit, long range shooting, or on a fire truck with the Rural Fire Service of which he has been a member for over 20 years.
Now founder and lead Osteopath at Coast Health Clinic, Daniel is a motivated member of the local Gosford and Community.
